Smith & Nephew Secura™ Dimethicone Skin Protectant Cream is a specially formulated topical cream that provides superior protection from exposure to urine and feces on the skin in the perineal area. Can also be used after radiation to condition and soothe skin. Protects minor skin irritation associated with diaper dermatitis and helps protect from wetness. Helps prevent and temporarily protects chafed, chapped, cracked or wind burned skin and lips.
