Description

The AMT Mini Classic Balloon Button is a low-profile enteral feeding device. It is compatible with AMT feeding sets. The low-profile external bolster maintains tube position while optimizing comfort. The balloon is inflated and deflated by using a slip tip syringe to inject water into the balloon valve. Feeding port is used for administering food and medication, and for decompression.

  • Unique “apple” shape balloon is designed to cover more surface area and minimize leaks at the gastrostomy site.
  • The balloon grows horizontally to provide a larger seal surface, and may help to reduce granulation tissue.
  • Balloon fill volume can be easily adjusted for a custom-fit, reducing leaks and improving patient comfort.
  • Soft flexible bolsters for more comfort.
  • The safety plug should be closed when not in use to keep feeding port clean and protected.
  • Internal retention balloon: A balloon is inflated inside the stomach to hold the tube in place.
